What is an extremely unique, but extremely romantic way to propose?

My best guy friend Anthony will be proposing to his girlfriend soon, and I would like to help him with ideas, though I think he is to young, he is positive she is the one and I support that. Could really use a little help. Thanks.

It wouldn't be unique if we all knew about it! Seriously, it doesn't have to be anything fancy, just say what's in your heart and the rest will fall into place!

He and a buddy rent a couple of suits of armor. His friend "kidnaps" her and they fight for her honor. When he wins, he asks for her hand in marriage.

He should take her skydiving. Once up in the air, have family/friends go to the drop zone and spell out in large letters "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" He can jump out at a lower altitude than her and be on the ground when she lands. He could contact the drop zone ahead of time to coordinate. I saw this done at Skydive Santa Barbara and it was wonderfully unique and fanatastic (she said yes).

my friends husband proposed to her by........ He bought her a book found her favorite # ( page 13) and taped the ring to that page! He sat down by her while she was reading it and watched until she got to that page andwhen she saw it he got down on his knees and the asked her to marry him.

only do this if she likes to read! ps get a book by her favorite author!

Easter is coming up... hide the engagement ring in the easter egg.

He can say something to her about easter being a time of new beginnings etc etc....

Taking her out to dinner in a fast-food and discreetly putting the ring in her hamburger!!

my fiance popped the question after i was helping him fill out his tax forms asking question after question. Then i said OK that is all the questions i have for you. he then turned to me and said now can i ask you one question, and popped the question. I will never forget that.

He should take his girl to a spot that she's never been to before, like a place in the mountains or equally breathtaking. Be casual and just pop the question when she least expects it. That would be perfect to me.

I had a friend once who had it put on a billboard. He took his girlfriend out to dinner and made sure that he drove by it and said "what does that billboard say"?? She almost died right htere in the car, she made him pull over and she got out just yelling and jumping ....WAS GREAT.....

Somewhere with a spectacular view. I took my wife back home to scotland with me and sat at the highest point of edinburgh castle over-looking the entire city and proposed to her there.
