Could you please tell me the difference between good carbohydrates and bad carbohydrates?

PLEASE GIVE ME ALIST OF GOOD AND BAD CARBS!! I've started to buy whole grain-whole wheat products, tortillas, brown rice pasta etc...but it gets confusing because I don't know what's better for me to consume or which brans are good.

You pretty much have the right idea. Here's the rule that you should go by that should help this to make sense and help you to make the best carb choices:
If the bread product that you are choosing has 2 or more grams of fiber, then it is a good carb. It is a bad carb if it has less than 2 grams of fiber.
You can also tell by protein as well. If the bread has 2 or more grams of protein, it is a good carb. It is a bad carb if it has less than 2 grams of protein.

Bread and cereal made from rice usually doesn't have much fiber, therefore it's usually classified as a "bad carb". Breads made out of white flour are generally the worst carb to eat because it has no fiber and no protein at all.

Good carbo - George Bush
Bad carbo - Osama bin Laden

So, you see!!! Both is actually bad for you. But Bush is the lesser evil of the two.

huh.. idk either... go check this site

Brands do not make the difference.. It sounds to me that you are doing right track.

Bad Carbs are Overly refined products.

As long as it's whole wheat/whole grain/brown..it's good. Bad carbs would be white bread, white rice, junk food in general etc.

Anything whole grain or whole wheat is perfect. Bad carbs are sugar, white flour products (cakes, whitre breads, etc) Sounds like you are doing fine on your own.

complex carbs asre better than simple carbs
starchy vegetables, rice, pasta ,breads and legumes.(complex)
choose whole grains over whole wheat
try to use the darker versions such as whole wheat pasta, brown rice, whole grain breads and so on...
good luck
