Where can i find some detox diet recipe?

my husband and i are planning to detox diet for a week. but i cant seem to find any recipes online.

http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/ has a great site that you can pick many recipes off of. I just completed a two week detox and this site was a blessing. Remember, no wheat, dairy, meat, caffeine or citrus fruit.

Detox? Guidelines?
Correct food combination helps, as well as raw food and self-made fresh juices, yet, a change should not be done too radically in most cases.

Correct Food Combination:
Combine vegetables with starch food OR with protein food.
Never combine starch food with protein food.
Eat sweet fruit by themselves.
Eat melons and cantalopes by themselves.

This alone would help cleanse the colon. Plus high fiber food such as pancakes made from spelt flour (with a dash of lecithin to avoid sticking).

A woman looked decades younger than her age, her skin was marvelous, she was quick and alert.

Her secret:
Freshly made lemonade with real lemon juice, purified water and maple syrup first thing every morning. I would prefer
agave syrup.

As guidelines of what a person can handle may be the pH of urine and saliva (measured with a pH strip from the health food store), and the Dinshah Ratio, measured after the person has relaxed (pulse for 1 minute divided by lung rate for one minute should ideally be 5. Lung rate: in and out is one).
If the pH saliva and/or urine is anything else but 7.5, and/or the Ratio goes above 6 or below 4 there is stress on the body. The cleasing should be lightened by grounding (e.g. eating beans).

Otherwise, I think detox is a great idea when not oderdone.

Wishing you great results,
cordially, India.Magica

I have heard people say the Cabbage soup diet can cleans your system, it is just 7 days of eating nothing but a very hearty veg based cabbage soup for lunch and dinner.

A big bowl of oat meal for breakfast, to give you energy and start your day, lots of water though out the day.
