What to eat if you are allergic to fresh vegetables and fruits?

I am allergic to fresh vegetables and fruits. And I just read from yahoo that those who eat fresh stuff are healthier. I can eat them a little like if there is a little bit between a hamburger. Does anyone know if the vegetables and fruits have the same health effect if you eat them boiled or cooked?

If you are that allergic to fresh fruits and vegetables, you can eat dry or canned fruits and vegetables and they are as nutritious as fresh. Yes, cooked fruits and vegetables has the same nutritious value except they do not like high heat. They tend to loose they nutritious value when you cook them too long. Some people tend to overcook their vegetables.

Another alternative is to take synthetic form to replenish your Vitamin needed if you dont consume them enough.

Anything you're allergic to is not healthy for you, regardless of what it may be for others. I've been allergic to several fresh vegetables for most of my life. Eating them cooked means I get at least some vitamins/minerals/food value from them. Eating them raw means a trip to the emergency room. Given those circumstances, eating cooked vegetables is healthier for me than eating raw.

Cooking can and does destroy some vitamins/minerals.

Nevertheless, cooked is better than none at all.
