If you used Kefir in a cooked item, does it kill off all the good Live bacteria that I am trying to consume? |
I am thinking of using it in a baked spinach and cheese type strada or maybe cornbread. Should I just stick with milk? Heating will kill off the friendly bacteria. You are better off adding it to something once it comes out of the oven or after it has been taken off the heat. |
