How do I make pepperocinis from peppers?

I have a large amount of peppers and want to see if it is posible to make pepperocins

check food network website, alton brown might have some good ideas... he has a show/recipes for drying herbs and making jerky... i am pretty sure if you use that dehydrating mechanism (he uses a/c filters and a fan) w the peppers it should work, dry them whole, then when dry chop in a coffee grinder

sorry but I looked at numerous web sites and they all tell how to use not how to make. you could always try to make a pickling solution and use that. Try this web site, has alot of info and recipes for peppers
