What kind of meals do vegetarians have? What's their menue for each meal of each day?

Ever wonder what they have for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a late snack, and what they drink and do they eat fruit and
other things so they won't get bored? How many vegetables are there to eat?

You will be surprised at the things that you can eat as a vegetarian/vegan!!
I can eat a different dish every meal for 365 days of the year without repeating it and needless to say I am vegan!
Seriously there is so much that you can eat without having to hurt or kill an animal.
Just a sampler:
Breakfast: Soy Milk and cereal or hash browns or Toast
Lunch: Rice with Beans or Grilled Vegetable Sandwich or Panini with roasted eggplant
Light Snack: French Fries or Onion Rings or Tortilla Chips with Guacamole/Salsa
Dinner: Spaghetti in Marinara sauce or Lentils with rice pilaf or 7 layer Burrito with salad.

This is like your 3 day menu right there....BTW this is just a sampler for a vegan imagine what all vegetarians must eat:)

Hahaha, silly you. Vegetarians don't strictly eat vegetables. I would tell you what I eat for every meal but that would take an eternity. Open up your eyes a little and you will see how simple it is to be a vegetarian. Look at it this way, I eat ANYTHING I want... I just leave the meat off of it. I can't go into detail because it would take me about 2 weeks to type.

I'm not just vegetarian, but vegan, and I'll try to answer this.

I have a bigger variety of non-alcoholic drinks than anyone else I know. Besides sodas, waters, and non-dairy milks (like hazelnut and soy), I have about 10-15 types of juice in the fridge too. I bet you've never had acerola or cashew fruit juice before, but you totally should try them. (Yep, cashews aren't only the nut part.)
I don't drink, but keep in mind hard liquors are generally vegan, too. ;)

Example day: Today I was late for picking up my new mountain bike, so all I had for breakfast was an apple before running out the door. :( But I made it up by cycling to my favorite Brazilian buffet and getting fried plantain, fried yucca, pinto beans, a sweet pumpkin and coconut dish, a bunch of South American veggies I hadn't tried before and don't know the names of (but were tasty!), a sour cucumber dish, fried eggplant, a palm heart empanada, and lentils and rice sprinkled with farofa. So I was pretty stuffed from all that for the rest of the day, but I have been snacking on tostadas, Soyrizo, cherries, fruit crisps, and corn tortillas all night.

That's pretty typical - I usually eat a lot, but many different dishes throughout the day. I try to make a point to eat something I've never tried before at least every other day, and I drink at least 4 or 5 different beverages before my head hits the pillow. How many different vegetables are there to eat? More kinds than you will probably ever try in your lifetime unless you are a dedicated food lover. How many combinations? Endless.

Oh my goodness, where have you been??! There are dozens (hundreds?) of gourmet vegetarian cookbooks that have wonderful ideas for cooking vegetables, tofu, beans and legumes (things like lentils and peas), cheese and eggs. These cookbooks have menu ideas, too, if you need them. I was a strict vegetarian for seven years and I never ran out of ideas for meals. I once made a seven-course vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner for 25 people! I don't know what kind of markets there are in your community, but on the West Coast the produce sections of supermarkets have dozens of vegetables, including many exotic ones from other countries. Vegetarian cooking is very creative and lots of fun!
