What kind of meals do vegetarians have? What's their menue for each meal of each day? |
Ever wonder what they have for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a late snack, and what they drink and do they eat fruit and You will be surprised at the things that you can eat as a vegetarian/vegan!! Hahaha, silly you. Vegetarians don't strictly eat vegetables. I would tell you what I eat for every meal but that would take an eternity. Open up your eyes a little and you will see how simple it is to be a vegetarian. Look at it this way, I eat ANYTHING I want... I just leave the meat off of it. I can't go into detail because it would take me about 2 weeks to type. I'm not just vegetarian, but vegan, and I'll try to answer this. Oh my goodness, where have you been??! There are dozens (hundreds?) of gourmet vegetarian cookbooks that have wonderful ideas for cooking vegetables, tofu, beans and legumes (things like lentils and peas), cheese and eggs. These cookbooks have menu ideas, too, if you need them. I was a strict vegetarian for seven years and I never ran out of ideas for meals. I once made a seven-course vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner for 25 people! I don't know what kind of markets there are in your community, but on the West Coast the produce sections of supermarkets have dozens of vegetables, including many exotic ones from other countries. Vegetarian cooking is very creative and lots of fun! |
