What do you think of juicing and what is said about it's benefits?

I have a juicer by Krups. Is it any good? It juices, but sometimes it does it with some difficulty with certain fruits.

Juicing gives you the nutrients in a pure form.
You can juice anything...greens, vegetables, wheat, ...anything firmish.
You cannot juice citrus and mushy stuff like tomatos, berries and bananas too well...they need separate process...to be blended with liquid added.

vegetable and fruit juices are great...beets, carrots, apples, pears, even spinach and lettuce...
Its healthy so go for it...My favourite was celery and apple..with carrot

juicing is AMAZING for you, but you have to make sure your juciing the right things, teehee

Juicing can be great for your health, just make sure your working your *** off in the gym. Lots of calories in a concentrated form.

Jack LaLanne is really big into juicing.

A juicer is pretty good if you want to make a mixed juice for different nuetrients to replace eating fruit, but the difficult to do. On the other hand Juice from the store is made with fructose corn syurp which is basically sugar. Although it isn't like candy, it's still less healthy than home-made. You're best bet is to actualy buy a blender, and just mix fruit with that. All you have to do is cut the fruit out of it's skin, and throw it in! It's also easyer to mix different fruit.
