How much phytoestrogen is there in soy milk?

And could it affect a male negatively?

You're more likely to be affected by the hormones in cow's milk. Cows are given massive amounts of hormones to encouarge excess milk production. The amount of phytoestrogen in soy products pales by comparison.

Recent research has found that excessive consumption of soy products presents some serious health hazards, not the least of which is phytoestrogen that can cause breast enlargement in men. As to how much is too much . . . it depends on your physiology. However, breast tenderness is the first sign that you are having too much.

Who cares.
Phytoestrogen is in all plants man (or nearly all).
This whole anti-soy thing is tiresome.
It's totally funded by the meat and dairy industry.
