How long do I bake an acorn squash for?

Im baking acorn squash ,how long do I bake it for?

You have to cut it into about 8 wedges. In a 350 degree oven it should take about 45 minutes. Check with a fork they should be soft when done.

You can microwave them also, that takes about 8-10 minutes.

Im not sure if this answer will help you or not because I dont have an actual amount of time, but it is done when it begins to look golden brown.

Well, I just bake one the other day...I think the oven was about 375 to 400 degrees. Cut it in half and clean out the seeds. Then just place the halves cut side down on a baking sheet for about 20-30 minutes. Turn them over and bake another 20-30 minutes until the flesh is nice and soft. I put a little bit of honey butter in the centers when I turned the halves over. That made them really yummy and moist. Oh, yes, almost forgot. When you turn them over and the cut side is up you need to cover them with foil. It really is easy to bake them. And it is so worth the time!!!

until its squishy, glazed and dark. i love acorn squash, it so sweet when cooked the way i like it. a good recipe, cut one in half, de-seed it, put brown sugar and butter in it, coconut juice if you want, get a deep dish fill it with some water so the squash wont stick at the bottom and put it in the oven at 350 and wait until its the description above. to make it sweeter use lots of brown sugar!
