What types of cereals can vegans eat, can they eat any at all?

It would help if there was a list
is it ok to eat cheerios, frosted flakes, cinnamon toast crunch, pops cereal?

Unfortunately, being vegan, you will have to spend time reading labels.
:)
I personally enjoy it. It is exciting when we find something vegan that we didn't see before. Who knew fruity and cocoa pebbles would be vegan?
The list I attached above is a good list, but you still have to check; I'm not sure how often it is updated. Cheerios and Frosted Flakes seem to be ok.
:)
Cinnamon Toast Crunch has milk

yes

you can find lots of cereals at health food stores

if you mean milk wise try: almond and soy milk

since vegan means no animal product any of the above are ok.

If there is any kind of animal product no matter what it is then no, which i dont know if there is in cereal.so look at the back of the box.I am sure if you go to a health food store there is special vegan cereal. heres something....

they can eat whatever they want... just put it in mouth, chew and swallow///

I eat cheerios. And I'm vegan. Just make sure its not HONEY nut cherrios hah.

Porridge is great, as are most meusli combinations.
As far as cheerios etc go they are just that unhealthy that maybe you could try the above (though I can talk I eat unhealthy chips everyday!)

I was wondering that myself until I found this website:
www.vegcooking.com
It does give long lists of common foods (cereals included!) that are vegan friendly. Near the top of the page, click "Shopping Guide" and a bunch of links will pop up. Click breakfast and strap in for a great, thorough list of vegan cereal (some of them are surprising!!).

Only raw because they don't want to hurt it.
