What is the difference between sortexed rice and parboiled rice ?


what is sortexed rice?what is parboiled rice? and difference between them ? what is the preparation process for these?

sortexed rice is usually graded ones and parboiled is partially boiled but sortexed rice can also be parboiled, its a grade of rice and any rice can be partially boiled and called parboiled

Parboiled rice is already partially boiled
