Do you think people meat eaters should be allowed in church?

Everybody knows that eating meat is immoral. Should we allow these immoral people into church? I am trying to get churches in my neighborhood to ban these immoral people. That way they cannot infiltrate moral people with their hateful ways.

haha...
What makes church-goers so moral?

@ everyone who takes this troll seriously:
PLEASE please don't pay this troll any attention. He/She is just trying to make us veggies look bad.
We don't act like this...
Read Shelly P's "Ashley Disclaimer"

Because the food chain is immoral right? Seriously.

Ashley, none of us have a chance to be a moral as you are.

what a silly question! you are the type of person that gives other veggies a bad name...come on now..you can't really think that can you? i am a vegetarian and i do not agree with this at all...actually in the bible it make references to people eating meat and fish...

your still going at it then? buggar.

yes, but you shouldn't be allowed near a computer.

it's going to be pretty hard to keep the preachers out of the church.

I think that we should do kind of a reverse Inquisition. Remember when the Jews were forced to eat pork, we should force meat eaters to eat huge blocks of cold tofu right out of the package..

Eric gave the funniest answer.

I guess that would depend on what kind of Church it is.

Does the "Ashley Disclaimer" count when it's an Ashley clone? This particular clone has only been around since August 24. The orginal Ashley started in May.

Ashley you continue to offend and irritate the masses (including MYSELF)... being a vegetarian is a decision I hold VERY close to my heart... as is being a Christian. However, I force NEITHER belief on anyone else... and neither should you!

To deny someone entrance into the house of God solely because you disagree with their diet is ridiculous. BANNING people from church?! The church (in a perfect world, that is) is a safe place for anyone to go... sinners are welcome in the house of God. If you only "let in" the people you think are WORTHY of coming in... well, you've probably got the makings of a cult on your hands. Look, I feel very strongly about not eating meat... I understand how you feel. It sucks that not everyone sees it our way and not everyone understands... but you're way out of line with this one. Sorry!

They banned me a long time ago!

shelly---it will be a violation every time.

Hmm... her points are a grand total of 105, and her Q & A's are private...... Troll maybe? Why waste five points on this question?

To answer the question:

Yes, meat eaters should be allowed in church. Who are you, to say who shouldn't be allowed in church. The Christian church is not about your diet, it is about your relationship with God and your religion.

Eating meat is not immoral, the cruel slaughter and treatment of animals that are used for the meat eating industry is what is immoral. It is not a sin to eat meat.......

Animal rights are not the only reason to not eat meat. There are health reasons as well. Most vegans hold both humanitarian and health issue as the reasons to be vegan... not to stop "immoral" people from a service they probably need.

Ew.

First of all, now everyone believe eating meat is immoral.

Second, if the church is a judeo-christian church, they carry the belief that EVERYONE sins, or is immoral. If you ban one group of "immoral" people, you should ban them all, which would mean no one would go to church, not even the preacher.

Church goers and Bible thumpers are crazier than veggies. Period. At least there is scientific proof for what veggies do. Can't really say the same for church goers. For each belief their own I guess.

I have a feeling you're using hyperbole to make some sort of point here, but it's a good opportunity for ME to make one in response. It has been said that church is a hospital for sinners, not a showcase for saints. "Immoral people" (which, by the way, includes all of us for one reason or another) belong in church as much as anyone else...probably more. If we weren't sinners, we wouldn't have needed Christ to die for us.

My bible says that God told man to eat meat. Odd, what bible do you read? Anyhow, even if it were immoral, why would you ban them. Are you not commanded to love all men?

If I don't eat that steak then the cow die for nothing.

What about the Inuit? Up there not much grows except animals. Are you saying; they have a choice of being sinners or dead.

you have to be the strangest person ive ever came across their are more important things in the world ,like world hunger, homelessness, etc then to be worried about meat eaters going to church, how are they hurting you ,when meat eaters start eating cats, dogs, horses, then complain to someone crazy enough to listen to your babble.we are all gods creatures ,learn to let live, live in peace

****Official Ashley disclaimer***

Ashley is NOT a vegetarian or Vegan.. "she" is a 50-something balding man still living with his parents. For some unexplanable reason He has some problem with vegans and is trying to make them look bad by claiming to be a vegan while at the same time making hoplessly retarded statements

Ashley's views are in NO way representative of ANY vegan or vegetarian community..

Hmm.. all i have to do is copy this to a handy word document on my desktop and boom! I can add this disclaimer to any of ashley's questions or answers..

FUN!!! LOL..

Here are a couple of versus for you to ponder:
Genesis 9:1-3 says: "Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth. The fear and dread of you will fall upon all of the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon every creature that moves along the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are given into your hands. Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, now I give you everything."
Exodus 12:3,6,8,46 - God commanded each family in Israel to kill and eat a lamb for the Passover feast.

Definitely not.

No. God loves and accepts everyone no matter meat eater or vegetarian.

What exactly do you think god put these animal on the earth for???? Along with your veggies??? For humans to eat! Obviously you need to take a closer look into the bible sweetie!
