Is there any classes to teach you how to prepare raw foods? |
I don't know if it is possible to become a vegetarian because I am having trouble giving up meat. I know it is going to be harder to become vegan! I would like to go all the way and go raw. Any body know how I can get some help? I have tried the recipes on the internet, but nothing comes out right. I go to a raw market but the only have it is only on Sat., and it is $8.00 lb to eat at the raw bar. My stuff never tastes like theirs! I went raw for 3 weeks and felt like a million dollars! Try some DVD & books. I've put up 3 sites that are very good & teach... one step at a time, you fly too high you'll burn your wings off |
