What are these tofu puffs I have been eating? Like normal tofu but all fluffy and nicer? |
I wonder if the normal tofu is better for me? I wonder how they make it puff like that? Mmm they are really good, aren't they? Yes they're deep fried tofu puffs. They are extra good if you cut them in half before adding them to your stir-fry, they absorb the sauce like a sponge! The puffy ones are deep fried. Yup, deep fried. If they are a little oily and dark on the outside,it might be the same tofu they use for cone sushi. which is a deep fried tofu so regular tofu would be better for you but they are really yummy. |
