How often do you go out to eat?

How often? And please say if you are vegetarian or vegan and how this affects your decision to go out to eat.

I'll start... I'm vegan and I go out to eat about 2-3 times per month. I eat in mostly because it's difficult for me to find filling, wholesome meals for vegans.

I go out to eat every 2 weeks.

I go out to eat 5 times a week (some lunch some dinner) but I am not vegan or vegetarian.

i go out to eat probably 1-2 times a week but im not a vegitarian or vegan sorry

I eat out 3-4 times a week. I am non vegetarian. About the portion of the food (outside) you are right.

At least once a day.

Once a week, I'm Vegetarian there's plenty eat.. beans, alfalfa, seaweed, bean sprouts, carrots, beets, tomatos, rice, fruit, grains, cereals, potatos, corn, soya products, greens. Tofu, coconuts, coconut milk, rice milk. I recently found out there is coconut gelatin!

vegetarian and i go out constantly. i do this because i have a good job and no children and eating out is fun. also, going out to eat during the week really divides my work day nicely. i would guess that i eat out 7-10 times a week. I should also mention that the only fast food i ever get is chipolte. Yesterday, i went for ethiopian for lunch, and i went to this great vegetarian/vegan restaraunt called eden alley for dinner.

I do not go out to eat very often. I prefer to cook my own food, I like to know exactly what is going into what I am eating. In a restaurant you never really know what goes on behind the door of the kitchen. I used to know people who worked in a restaurant and told me horror stories about the kitchen(weather true or not I don't know, but not all of them could be false).

It is also expensive to eat out often. I can make the stuff in my own kitchen for half the cost.

We go out to eat at least 3 times a week. My boyfriend and I are vegan, and have no problem getting huge, tasty meals. Seriously, how hard is it to say "Beans instead of meat" or "Hold the cheese, please"?

the same answer like jill :
i go out to eat probably 1-2 times a week but im not a vegitarian or vegan

I'm a Vegetarian.
I don't eat out alot actually
maybe once in like two weeks.
their isn't much stuff i can find to eat.
I mainly just cook for myself at home.

I cook mostly my own food...I find that I can cook better then most restaurants :) and it's creative for me, I love making my own bread and pastries too. So I go out about once a month. I am vegan...

Last night I made a vegan pot pie, toasted almond and avocado salad with a spicy mustard dressing, and made cockroaches for dessert....(I call them cockroaches, but they are pecans, dipped in vegan chocolate and rolled in coconut...)

I don't go out to eat much. About once every 4-5 months.
Being vegetarian does affect me when I do go out to eat, but thankfully restaurants these days have started to realize that more and more people are starting to follow a vegetarian diet and are including more choices for us.

I'm an omnivore and eat out 7 - 10 x / week

i am a vegan and I go out once a mont, but really, I kinda like to cook at home, I find it relaxing and it saves money!

PLus, I am never comfort with how my food is cooked. and I have very high expectations of my food:- taste, flavour, freshness, and I find most places, just give you crap. So I rather cook my own.

I go out when my husband has a work or school function. - I am not there for the food, but more for the company!

I am a vegetarian, but it depends how often I eat out. It has a little to do with my diet, but mostly to do with the people I eat out with.

When I lived in Arkansas with my parents, there were few if any vegetarian restaurants. Yet my parents ate out a lot; therefore, so did I. Many times I was resigned to eating side dishes or off the kids' menu.

Now that I live in Colorado, there are a few more vegetarian restaurants to choose from; however, I live with my fiance and his parents, and they hardly ever go out to eat. So I follow suit.

It is difficult to find good vegetarian restaurants, depending on your region...but I don't think that's the only thing that affects eating out. It also depends on your financial and living situations.

I am not a vegetarian and I am lucky if I get to eat out once a month.

2 per week use to be 4 to 5 times

Im a lacto vegetarian ( no meat, fish or eggs ) I eat out about 3 times a week, but thats because Im out a lot :-)
