Is it hard to find vegetarian food in Manila, Philipines?

I'm going there this summer, and am concerned. Is there a lot of hidden meat in Filipino food (for example lard....) What should I look out for? Thanks so much!

I'm not sure how much vegetarian food is available there. But I'm Filipino and my grandma makes vegetarian Filipino food for me easily (like making a separate dish of pancit without meat and putting vegetables in lumpia instead of meat), so I'm sure there is some food available, but you may need to ask for it.

I go to a Filipino restaurant here in Toronto Canada and get Pancit noodle with a stir fried veg, and tofu dishes also.

Of course in a country were there national meat is the pig, and with all the pork and chicken dishes around, I have had a dish made like adobo and they use seitan a wheat gluten like meat in the dish. I have made Lumpia with all veg filling when I was a chef.
