What should I eat for a begginger of being a vegetarian? |
-To lose weight is my purpose. Here are tips: dont listen to those other idiots. meat, although rich in protein, is highly unhealthy. it is loaded with growth hormones and steroids and artery-clogging cholesterol. Weight loss is a very bad reason. Do you plan on sticking with being vegetarian or going back after you lose weight? If you go back to your old ways, you will just put on the weight again, if you even lose any this way. You need to think long term if you want to lose weight. Think of what lifestyle you want to live for the rest of your life, and make it healthier so that you can lose weight and maintain a healthy weight throughout your life. And just so you know, some people will actually gain a couple of pounds after making the switch because your body has to adjust. You should eat a well balanced vegetarian diet, stay away from junk food and exercise regularly. If you eat dairy and/or eggs, limit them. Take spirulina, and Modifilan (brown sea weed extract), both algae supplements. Only eat whole foods like whole grain. well come to the world of vegetarian because of you more and more animals will save their live thanks here is the list of proteins for you :- You should eat grains(pasta, bread, rice, cereals), legumes(soy and meat analogs, beans, peas, lentils), and increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. The best way to lose weight is to eat enough high protein foods to meet that need and then increase your fruit and vegetable consumption since they have very few calories and are also good for you. you should eat grass trust me u will lose weight quicker Listen to me very carefully - unless it's for religion, being a vegetarian is a bad idea. YOU NEED MEAT! There are so many other ways to lose weight than becoming a vegetarian. YOU NEED MEAT! I tried it once and simply withered away .... I had to get meat intravenously to get back on my feet |
