What are the benefits and disadvantages of soy dairy products, tofu and organic food products.?

I know they aren't the same thing, but I find a lot of vegans eating these and I want to know if they are better for me and will improve my health.

I think the key word is "Moderation". Even though something is good for you, eating a lot of it may not be a wise move. But certainly including soybeans in one's diet should improve one's health. However, in the Chinese's perspective, it is not recommended to drink/eat too much soy product when one is pregnant. (I learned this from experience, and for a brief period of time was spotting due to switching cow's milk for soy milk.)

"Soy beans... like all beans, they are great sources of fiber, protein and some minerals. Soy beans also contain plant chemicals called isflavones which mimic the action of natural estrogens: studies have shown that the Japanese, who eat soy regularly, have far lower incidences of hormone-related cancers (breast and prostate particularly), and heart disease, than the West."

And lastly, soy beans are great because:
"Protein is essential for the building of every single one of the body's cells and it is constantly being used and replaced... Generally speaking, protein derived from animal sources is a complete protein on its own, whereas, with the exception of soy beans, you need to combine cereals with legumes to obtain complete protein from vegetable sources."

cow dairy has been found to have many antibiotics, feces, blood, puss, and urine in it. (even organic dairy).

some people have problems digesting soy products.

soy products are probably about the same price or more than dairy products.

you do the math

well you will be alot healthier cause the calcium will give you stronger bones!

the advantage would be that you are not clogging your veins with animal fat
you cannot get mad cow disease from eating tofu

Pros:
- Better for your body. No saturated animal fats, cholesterol, growth hormones etc.
- Better for the environment. Most people don't realize waste form dairy production is classed as industrial waste due to it dangerous and potent nature. Growing soy also places less demand on the environment.
- It is a more ethical alternative. Milk is a nutrient source for calves not humans. We are in effect stealing milk from calves. Dairy cows have to be continuously artificially inseminated to keep them lactating and their babies are removed soon after birth to supports the veal industry.

Cons:
- Some times soy products cost more. or are harder to find in some shopping centers.
