What are the benefits and disadvantages of soy dairy products, tofu and organic food products.? |
I know they aren't the same thing, but I find a lot of vegans eating these and I want to know if they are better for me and will improve my health. I think the key word is "Moderation". Even though something is good for you, eating a lot of it may not be a wise move. But certainly including soybeans in one's diet should improve one's health. However, in the Chinese's perspective, it is not recommended to drink/eat too much soy product when one is pregnant. (I learned this from experience, and for a brief period of time was spotting due to switching cow's milk for soy milk.) cow dairy has been found to have many antibiotics, feces, blood, puss, and urine in it. (even organic dairy). well you will be alot healthier cause the calcium will give you stronger bones! the advantage would be that you are not clogging your veins with animal fat Pros: |
