What is the difference between animal welfare and animal rights? |
What is the difference between animal welfare and animal rights? I believe animal welfare is when you care for the animal's welfare. This is the moral stance that using animals is okay as long as they live in healthy conditions/livable. Animal welfarists are free to eat meat and use animal products, if the animals were well-treated. Animal rights believers do not do these things. |
