Are products made with organic milk healthy to consume?

I'm vegan with one sole exception...I love yogurt! I love to eat plain non fat yogurt every now and then, and I always buy brands made with organic milk and live cultues. I'm very conscious of my health, and I'm wondering if I should perhaps switch to a soy yogurt instead? Thanks for any help.

Milk is healthy to consume if you are in a life-cycle stage that entails growing very quickly. If that is the case, one should stick with ingesting the milk of their same species. It's kind of a no-brainer. Nature doesn't intend for people to suck on the teats of another species. When we reach adulthood, there is no need for a liquid that is packed with fat/calories/protein; our nutritional needs don't call for it. Especially one that is made for calves. Soy yogurt is a great option, and they put the beneficial enzymes in it. Cows that are exploited for their milk, I don't care HOW well they are purportedly treated, are under stress. They are not meant to be pregnant or nursing all of the time. They have stress hormones just like we do. These hormones are obviously transferred to the milk, thus into your body. That's not healthy.

There is no difference between organic milk and conventional milk. Neither contains antibiotics nor synthetic hormones.

yogart is good for you and ones made from organic milk are fine

The yogurt that you are eating is quite healthy providing you have no allergies to lactose. Veganism is a choice that you make. You are able to be as much a Vegan as you choose. If your commitment to Veganism includes yogurt, then so be it, it is your choice. I personally think the milk yogurt will offer you more nutrition than will the soy products. If you like it, your system tolerates it well and it is within your commitment to Veganism, go for it and enjoy.

Natural milk is always better

Yogurt is a great addition to your diet. I would recommend goat yogurt, rather than cow or soy. Goat yogurt is easier to digest and has many benificial bacteria and enzymes that soy would not. Organic of course

Milk is milk. It is breastmilk for a baby cow. It is healthy for a calf. You are not a calf.

Vegans don't eat, use, or wear animal products.

yep= less chemicals, hormones, and antibiotics.
