What are good vegetarian websites for teenagers? |
I'm a 15-year-old girl, and i want to go vegetarian. Does anyone know of any good teen vegetarian websites I can go to? there are many great sites you can turn to: goveg.com vegetarianteen.com and peta2.com goveg.com and peta2.com good luck hun!!! it's the best decisions you will make! i live on peta2.com www.peta2.com is a good site!鈾モ櫏 Don't listen to adrienne, it is found vegetarianism is far more healthier for teens and even babies, anemia is not that current. Basically eat more small meals, people are supposed to eat 7-8 meals a day, so you may want to to eat 10-12 meals a day not big meals because you will be far more hungry small meals or snacks like granola, nuts, fruit, etc. Go to peta2.com very motivating and vegcooking.com for great recipes.
