How do I slowly ween meats out of my diet?

I've stopped eating beef for a few months now and would like to completely remove meats from my daily diet. I was wondering if anyone knew of any process I could use to slowly do this.

That's great you're moving towards a veg diet!

This site has a guide to making the transition to vegetarianism in a month:

You could start out going vegetarian 1 day a week, then 2 days a week, etc. until you're completely veg.

Good luck!

I really can't help you because one day I was eating meat and the next I went completely vegan. I pretty much skipped the vegetarian stage. It didn't effect me at all. I don't know if I'd recommed doing that though because I don't know how your body would react.

Do what you're doing. Just keep slowly taking a certain meat out of your diet. That's really the only thing I can say.

Sorry if I wasn't any help.

Have a nice day. ^_^

really the best thing is to take out poultry since when u eat poultry ur killing more animals, but doing it slowly and consistently is really key to maintain a healthy diet with out shocking ur body. slowly cutting out meat out of one or two meals a week really helped me and some of my friends.
also the help of a nutritionist can really help.
:)

Very simple. Just like instead of having 3 glasses of coke per day, you reduce to 2, then to 1, then 1/2 and then either 1/4 or none or go without for few days ....

Eat more veggie and fruit, once you are full, there is no place for meat. Maybe.

Anyway, great you are going vegetarian. Hurray.

Just start concentrating on learning how to make and where to buy vegetarian meals. Take the focus off of removing foods and put it on adding new foods. Before you know it you will have so many great vegetarian meals you enjoy you won't even want or need meat.

try filling your day with something outher that eating and slowly cutting down is a great way to finnially stop
