What is a good breakfast i can have that includes egg whites? |
i'm a vegetarian and i want to eat eggs to get protein, but not real eggs (egg subtitute), i also want to lose weight. all i want to know is what healthy breakfast i can eat that includes egg beaters egg whites. Make an egg white omelette with diced tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil. Use olive oil instead of regular oil or butter. It tastes great. Spinach! Add some cut-up veggies to your egg beaters to make a veggie omelet. Also, add to that an apple and juice. Or maybe a bowl of oats w/ soy milk & raisens. ^ yeah what she said sounds pretty bangin ^ Egg whites are my favorite. Scramble them up, you can add in veggies too like fresh baby spinach and mushrooms, cheese you want if you eat that. bacon and eggs, ham and eggs, steak and eggs, eggs Sardu, -- eggs without meat are just a waste of eggs.
