How to make a delicious salad? |
I have to use 6 different fruits and 2 different vegatables but i really don't know how to make. Spinach as the base (veg 1) then chop and layer on top: Craisins.... I didn't see them mentioned.... I love them on salads!!!! add the natural ingredients Add Bacon you could try my dads asian salad, any vegies and fruit will do,the less water in it is better though. 8 is alot but try things like apples, tomatoes, celary, cantalope, honeydew melon, mandarin oranges, clemontines or regular oranges, seedless grapes, fresh pineapple or drained canned pinapple. just cut everything up, and add half a teaspoon or less of cayann pepper and 8 ounces of plain yougert per gallon size portion., Mandarin oranges are always a good fruit to add to any salad. They go well with any oil-based dressing. Try several different types of greens like romaine, baby spinach, spring greens, radichio, arugala. Tomato and grapes are good, too. |
