Can somebody tell me some tips on becoming a vegetarian? |
I'm been thinking of becoming a vegetarian for awhile. I don't like the taste of meat that much and I believe it to be cruel to all the animals. okay well i'm a boarderline vegan Hey i'm still trying out to be vegan too (i live with my mom only and she's vegan so whatever she makes i eat haha) If you are trying to be a pure vegetarian(no meat including eggs). Make sure you consume variety of vegetables, and fruits to get all of you amino acids(in meat you get them all in one). step 1- dont eat meat...lol |

Carrots eaten raw do not provide as much nutrients as when pureed in a blender, or juiced and the pulp added back to the juice. Most people do not masticate raw vegetables well enough for full nut...
