How can I bake a cake with Self-Rising Flour?

Theres a birthday tomorrow and I only have self-rising flour on hand and dont know any recipes that use it. Does anyone know a cake recipe using the self rising flour? Please no cornbread or bisquits just a creative cake or so that tastes great. Thanks.

1-2-3-4 Cake

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups sifted self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) cake pans. Using an electric mixer, cream butter until fluffy. Add sugar and continue to cream well for 6 to 8 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and milk alternately to creamed mixture, beginning and ending with flour. Add vanilla and continue to beat until just mixed. Divide batter equally among prepared pans. Level batter in each pan by holding pan 3 or 4 inches above counter, then dropping it flat onto counter. Do this several times to release air bubbles and assure you of a more level cake. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pans 5 to 10 minutes. Invert cakes onto cooling racks. Cool completely and spread cake layers with your favorite frosting to make a 3-layer cake.

I'm a chef I make this cake all the time very easy very quick I use 500g margarine 500g sugar 800ml milk 16 eggs 1kg self raising flour vanilla essence but this makes enough for 50 people so we can reduce it to suit how many people try 125g (4oz) marg or butter 125g(4oz) sugar beat these until white add 4 eggs beat until smooth add 200 mls (7oz) milk and teaspoon of vanilla essence keep on whisking then gently fold in 250g S.R Flour mix softly until smooth poor into lined cake tin bake for about 30-40 min when you stick a fork in and it comes out clean many variations can be done orange, lemon, chocolate, just add or substitute ingredients

Self rising just means it already has the baking powder and/or baking soda added to it-just omit them from your standard cake recipe and it should be fine.

You can use it with your regular recipe. It will be fine.

just omit the baking soda and/or baking powder from your recipe and you can use the self rising flour.
