Wonder if Pasteurized juice have some nutrional value or not?

I am drinking a juice called Old Orchard juice but it is pasteurized. Pomegranate and blueberries.

It is better than to having NO juice. But the best juice is fresh. I don't know about you but I don't always have the resources for juice made from things like Blueberries or Poms.
Slaint茅(to your health)

pasteurized means it was heat treated to destroy germs but that also destroys the good stuff in it also. the juice has some nutritional value

It does but you are better off juicing from home. Pasteurizations kills the natural enzymes from fruits and vegetables which are very beneficial. Also pasteurized juices have preservatives added.

Of course it has nutritional value.
But beware.....juice is sugary and is an easy way to add cals. to your diet which will make you gain weight.

Very little. It's pasteurized for one thing, it's also mostly water, corn syrup, sweetener and very little fruit juice. You're better off buying 100% juice, or even better, juicing your own.

The juice still has some nutritional value, but much of it is destroyed by the pasteurization process (heating). Often manufacturers will add some vitamin C after pasteurization.

Some other responses were not entirely correct. Pasteurized juices are not necessarily filled with preservatives or sweetened. Often they are just pure juice, heated to destroy bacteria.
