Which source of proteins is better the grains source or the animals products source?

Can we live on grains proteins putting aside animals proteins? and which one is better?

I'd say grains because animal proteins such as meat, milk and eggs are all high in cholesterol, while plant foods usually have no or little cholesterol. Also most of the cholesterol you'll find in plant food is the good type of cholesterol, while animal products have the heart-clogging type.
Animal products can cause a lot of heath issues as well. The most common ones are bowel cancer and heart disease.
Legumes and veggies are high in protein and extremely good for you while the animal proteins will give you sufficient protein but can cause health issues as well (particularly bowel problems)

It depends on what you mean by "better." Animal proteins are complete, meaning they supply all of the essential amino acids in one food. But they also come packaged with cholesterol and saturated fat, whereas plant proteins come packaged with heart healthy fats and beneficial phytonutrients.

No, we can't just live on grains. We need fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, too. The "better" protein question is moot because no one, outside of starvation conditions, is trying to survive on one food. It's just not possible.

There are 9 essential amino acids that you need to eat for a protein to be a complete protein. Animal products have all 9, but they also have the cholesterol. You can get them from plant sources, but you need to combine them. Like rice and beans or peanut butter and wheat toast. except tofu, well all soy products, they offer complete proteins.

some of us do not like meat for good reasons.grain sources are good but the far better sources are animal products in protein.one can conpensate for the loss of protein by combining grain foods ........um .like rice and soya beans stew or something!a person could live on his or her likes.but i think grains are a nice option coz you get a lot of fibre and vitamins in there!

you could live with protein in grains but protein in meat in my opinion is much better for you

Nothing had to suffer to give you grains and beans.

idk
