Vegan for 16 months so far.

One of my favorite things to make is "Nile River Red Lentil Soup" http://kylesveganblog.blogspot.com/2008/...

Also for quick on-the-go meals, I like to make hummus sandwiches with cucumber and avocado slices, and cayenne and black pepper all on sourdough bread.

I've been veg@n for 4 months and I feel great too! I love to make homemade vegan pizzas with soy cheese, veg@n sausage, and marinara sauce! Also sometimes I like to add a few veggies like brocoli, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.

I've been vegan for 3 months. I love Amy's frozen indian entrees and frozen scrambler. I love stirfrys- super easy and can change it up. Purely Decadent Mocha soy ice cream is very good!

About 5 years, but I've eaten animal products accidentally since then.

My favorite food is roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes with olive oil and rosemary!

I've been vegan for 10 months after two decades as a vegetarian. I don't have a favorite food, but the dish I'd most like right now would be a chickpea and spinach curry.

I've been vegan for three days, haha I know that's not very long. But I LOVE IT! I really like tofutti, that really good vegan cream cheese :) And raspberries are really yummy too.
