What recipe's with fruit or vegetable can be made with a food proccesor?

I have never used one before and am new to what can be made with one any recipes are greatly appreciated

If you just want to get your feet wet by using one, here is something really simple!

cut up an onion so it fits inside the food processor.

CHOP!!!! Add a little olive oil, and CHOP!!!

Remove from processor, and add half of a potato thats been cut up and CHOP!!!

Mix with the onions

Fire up a skillet and cook the onions and potatos with high flame! Add a little salt and pepper, some garlic power, and maybe a little more olive oil.

Crack open two eggs over the mixtures in the skillet and mix around!

Remove, and enjoy outdoors! This meal always reminds me of camping :)

Refried beans
I made some today
1-16oz can pinto beans
1- onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil or peanut oil.
Use food processor to chop up onion and garlic. Fry chopped onion and garlic on medium for about 5 minutes. Drain beans and add them to the pan, along with water. Fry for about 3 minutes. Grind everything up into a mush with the food processor, adding pepper, and chili powder to taste.
Enjoy :-)

Jicama Pico De Gallo

2 cups jicama root, peeled.
1/2 a large red onion
1 whole red or green bell pepper, seeded.
1/2 a cuccumber.
Cilantro to taste.
1 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Preferably evo
Salt and pepper to taste.
You can play with the amounts of oil and vinegar as well, it's mostly to add flavor. You can eat it right away or leave it sit in the fridge overnight for maximum tastiness.

Serve with chips or as a salad.

Happy eating!

anything that requires sliced or grated veggies ... anything that calls for coarsely chopped or pureed fruit.....
