When is the best time to eat dinner? |
In terms of losing wieght, when is the best time to eat dinner? NO later than 6pm It osedn't really matter, as long as you establish a routine to eating dinner, so your body gets used to eating at certain times. Just don't eat dinner too early, or you'll be hungry later. If you are planning on losing weight, don't eat after 8 o'clock. I would shoot for between 5-6, and make sure you keep a routine. For example, don't eat at 4pm one night and 7:30pm the next ;) The rule of thumb is at least 3 hours before you go to bed. If your are a night owl or find yourself hungry after or before dinner snack on celery or lettuce leaves. They contain less calories thatn it takes to chew them. 5-6pm before 7pm 6 is the ideal time. depends on when you sleep. i eat mine at 4:30-5:00pm LOL depends what time ur going to sleep, 3 hours before u sleep is the best |
