What other vitamins do you need in order to absorb protein?


I heard eating a lot of protein doesn't make a difference unless you mix it with something else, I can't remember what it is.

Carbs and fat.They are called protein-sparring nutrients becuase they spare protein from being burnt for fuel,the first things your body wants to burn is a mixture of carbs and fats.You also use protein better if you eat more meals throughout the day.It is also good to have some protein before you go to bed becuase your body goes 8 hours without eating,so you should have a little bit of protein at night.
