What's the best method of soaking legumes and grains? |
I have read of adding lemon juice, apple cider vineger, or yogurt during soaking. Then adding a pinch of salt and/or baking soda just prior to rinsing. I don't know about the grains but cold water would be a suggestion for the legumes. |
