What and where can i find some good vegetarian recipes? |
I am fasting with a couple religious friends of mine and we cannot eat any form of meat dairy or butter products. Its basically fruits veggies and pasta. No Cheese . No Milk. No Butter http://www.vegweb.com you could always google it This is the best free cooking E-book I've found, I'm sure you can find what you're looking for in it. just google "vegan recipes" and you will find hundreds of a good recipes |

You know, it depends. I think if there is an environment where things are absolutely out of control and animals would suffer if an influx of prey was plentiful. After all, having the ecosystem out ... Finding 'hearty' vegetarian food is a problem. (Vegetarian restaurants and cookbooks kinda stink for it; individual vegetarians, not so much.) I'm guessing that's a bigger part ... That sounds pretty good. I would take vitamins to make sure nothing is missing from your diet. Make sure you get calcuim, too.
