What can i do with the meat of a young coconut?

i use the juice a lot because i make smoothies with them. but i never scrape out the meat cause i don't know what to do with it. anyone know of a simple recipe?

eat it, why would you buy a whole coconut for the juice, when you can buy coconut juice

You could shave it and freeze it and use it for recipes that require coconut.

in food processor, make fine flakes to use in coconut custard pie or in iceing or white cake.

Is it young enough to still be very soft? If so you could add it to your smoothie.

You can make coconut candy.

Mix the water and flesh together to make coconut milk you would otherwise find in cans and mix in into anything calling for coconut, including your smoothies! Or eat it straight up! It is so good!

you're so lucky to get coconuts!

Scrape it out with a spoon & eat it!! Please don't throw it out, it's supper yummy.
