What natural remedies are good for your skin? |
for example, what vitamins/foods/drinks are best for making your skin healthy and clear? i am a vegetarian, and have noticed my skin is not clear anymore since becoming veggie. im wondering if because im lacking protein this is why my skin is getting bad. Actually the reverse is true. Too much protein is bad for your skin. You've seen dogs with "hot spots" right? Itchy, burning, hair loss. That's too much protein in a dog's diet.
