What are the ingredients for manufacturing sweets suitable for vegans.?

I want to start a sweets manufacturing business on a medium scale and would like to join hands with somebody who as knowledge in this field.He can either join me or be a advisor.The site will be most probably in south wales around port talbot.

Do Fruit Jubes and use bovine jelly to do it with.....

hmmmm....what kind of sweets? Candies or pastries? It's pretty simple, just no animal ingredients...check out some vegan/vegetarian websites and browse through some recipes...it will get you a good idea of what's being substituted.

And bovine Jelly is out....nice try though....
