Is it possible to make pudding with soy milk?

Can you use soy milk in pudding? I have a whole carton of vanilla soy milk in the fridge that I have not opened yet, I was wondering if I could use it to make pudding? I just threw out a half gallon of milk because it went bad. Soy milk is the only thing in the fridge. Could I use it?

I love soy milk. I just have a hard time using the whole carton within the seven day expiration.

yeah of course. it wouldnt taste much different. especially if you like soy milk

You can pretty much use soy milk in anything you can use cow or goat's milk in. The vanilla flavoring will change the taste, though. In pudding this probably won't matter, and might give it a better flavor.

By the way, soy milk can last longer than 7 days after you open it. Some brands last longer. I have drank soy milk after opening, in the refrigerator after even a couple weeks. If you smell it and it's bad, you'll know it.

Soy can be used as a Milk replacement for anything! Including pudding. i prefer the silk " Unsweetened" and love the taste

Yep! It may not taste exactly the same, but it'll still work for sure.
