Where do I get a vegetarian menu? |
I have recently decided to stop eating meat and would like to find a good site that has recipes and a daily/weekly menu. I wanted an idea of what meal plans that are popular. And I am not a big fan of PETA. I don't like the way they think of domestic animals. I had a bad experience with them. Agreed re. PETA. My cat thinks they're dreadful people. There are tons of great resources out there. As you are a newbie, I recommend that you spend time at vrg.org (vegetarian resource group) because there you'll find good, necessary technical diet information contributed by dieticians apparently well versed in the science of plant based diet. I've been a vegetarian for sixteen years (so far so good).....I've found http://grazingrecipes.blogspot.com to be a great site with tonnes of yummy recipes.......if you are interested in incorporating tofu into your diet, check out http://recipeswithtofu.blogspot.com You can look it up on Google. http://www.goveg.com/index.aspx vegetariancentral.com |
