Im New to the Vegan World, can you help with what products i should look out for?

Please let me know why I should stay away from them. For example they do animal testing or an ingredient from an animal used to make a certain food. Thanks.

Learn what ingredients are animal-derived and read the ingredients before you purchase a product. I highly recommend the book "Animal Ingredients A to Z" which you can buy used on Amazon for under $7. Take it with you when you go grocery shopping ans look up any ingredients you're not sure about. You can also find a list of animal-derived ingredients on the internet, print it out, and take it with you.

Some common animal-derived ingredients to look out for are casein (a milk protein), whey (a milk plasma), gelatin (made from boiled and ground animal bones, muscles, etc.), lard (animal fat), rennet (made from the lining of calf stomach), and vitamin D3 (animal source of vitamin D.)

As for companies that test on animals, CaringConsumer.com provides lists of both companies that do and don't test on animals. You can either download and print a copy or order a free copy through the mail, both of which are pocket/wallet sized.

Best thing to do is read read read!!! I have been vegan 10yrs and still read anything I do not know and then I check items casue things change.

okay go to {http://marsbarskills.com] they test animals on all those products please go on a strike and dont eat those. hope this helps but wach the video youll know what im talking about
