Do you consider it ok to wear just a sports bra and shorts when a woman is exercising?

Do you consider it improper for women to wear just a sports bra or do you think it is fine?

if she has a nice body then yes, if not no! put that flab away!!

girl...if i was skinny i would do it.now if a chick knows that she has quite a bit more working out to do before the flab isn't hanging out then yea i would think it might be improper.but if u have the body to do it in the first place then no problem.if ur at the gym for a reason....put the shirt on.just like a man with boobs and hair....no one wants to see it.put it away.

I think it depends on where you are

As long as you feel comfortable in one, its all good.

It's fine if you meet the requirements for it - a) you have the body for it, b) see requirement a, and c) you are not back-sweating all over a piece of equipment someone else has to use.

It depends on where you're working out and how you feel about it. Me personally, i would not like the attention that your workout attire would generate. I don't like men ogling me, and women sizing me up. i like privacy when i work out so i wouldn't want to wear something that would make people look at me. But i suppose if you've got some kickin curves or a svelte bod, you might see the attention as a deserved thing and as a motivation for you to stay in shape. So you do your thing!
btw, a sports bra is more modest than a bikini, right?

As long as it is a good supporting bra....then heck yeah!

I think it's appropriate for women who are comfortable with it. It's not appropriate if your bra isn't giving you enough support, or your butt is hanging out your shorts (not to say that's what you'd do, but I see it too often).
