Physically I think one of the first things I notice is the smile.

Overall though I think what is attractive is that the woman is kind, considerate, caring and has an overall freindly attitude. The good looks a just a plus.

My opinion is that looks will fade....although my wife is drop dead beautiful but the personality is what is going to last.
