What are good acne treatments for black women?

It depends on your skin type.I know of a few basic ways to help you. If you want to email me I can help you better. I myself have a touch of oily skin and I use one of my products everyday and the other one maybe 1 a week, and I have been acne free for over a month! I love it.

Sally Henson's mint julep mask. It cleanses and shrinks pores with out over drying your face. Its all natural too. It also helps reduce oil, if that's a problem, when used on a regular basis. You can get it at Sally's or K-mart sometimes.
Or
Clearasil sensitive skin. Its cheap but doesn't do much for oily skin. But if you use it like they say (twice a day) it will work.

try and use black opal products i use them and they work great!

I use Neutrogena products and they help. Try the Visibly Even line, it works for me. My friend tried Proactive and she said it dried her skin.
