not for the culture to which it belongs... this is a traditional hand-poked maori tattoo... in this culture, it is commonplace for women to have full-facial tattoos like this... in the cultural context, this is absolutely beautiful to the members of that society... this is how they show beauty... the same as how in our society, beauty is being thin, having large breasts and blonde hair. ... this is their beauty... So no, it is not too extreme...

now, if you were to get something like that done in western society, you would recieve a lot of negative remarks and discrimination... but it's beautiful nonetheless...

I really think that tattoo is extremem for anyone. A lot of tattoo artist are reluctnat to tattoo ppl on their face in the first place. Unless you are Polynesian and it's a cultural thing, I wouldn't recomend it
