What is the easiest way to forget someone or heal a scar from a relationship?

Well....
Im a girl that was in love for almost three months
but what my bf told me made me really confused.
Why do guys have to make thing so confusing.
Well he said:

"Im not breaking up with you.
I mean you're cute and sweet... qualitied I love in a girl, but
I want to get to know you more."

and then he left...
and i haven't talked to him since....
What does this mean...
I know what it means.
but
still...
Can I have more thoughts from someone...
Please and Thank you

Are you guys officially a couple? I would say the initial phase of infatuation has started to wear off or him. He may not be looking for a deep and detailed relationship. It is like buying something new. You have impulses that make you feel as if you want something even if you don't need it. You run out an buy it, and after a short while you lose interest in it. The feeling of it being something new and exciting has warn off. You still want to use this thing and don't want to get rid of it, but the buzz of it being exciting and new is gone. We like that feeling and want it back so we set out to buy a different new thing and set the previous one to the side. The reason why it gets set to the side is because it is not something we really wanted in the first place; it just served a purpose for a short time. I hope this makes sense. This is very common.

I'm so sorry you're hurting, hon. I know it's rough. It sounds like he really was trying to let you down easily, and trying not to hurt you, but that never works.

All you can do for yourself is tell yourself that it wasn't your fault, and not really his, either, and that you just weren't meant for each other, and that you will eventually find the perfect guy for you. And yes, time. Time will heal all, and make sure that you don't automatically assume that your next boyfriend is going to behave the same way.

(And, when you're by yourself, you can make yourself feel better by reminding yourself about his bad qualities and why you're better off without him! It isn't nice, and they may not be completely true, but it'll help you feel a little better.)

It is good that he tell you something instead of just disappearing without a word.

Majority of men are such - cannot make up their mind on which type of partner they want and they also do not want commitment.

Occupy yourself with hobbies and you will forget him in time to come.

I'm going to make it short but very sweet....TIME.

You can distract yourself with someone else, drugs/alcohol, videogames or other vices but time is the only thing that will help you get over anything. One beautiful thing about time is that it is inevitable that it will pass.

good luck!

dont wait him....his meaning is to broke with you but he seems do not want to hurt you by this way...and do not cheat yourself,he already left...u just forget him...i knw is difficult but it is a must,,if nt,by the time pass..u will get hurt more and more

just engage in something that would be fruitful and that is of ur interest, like studies, music, cooking, being in the company of ur pals etc. this will help u.
u can even talk to ur friends about how bad u feel and so on, and even that helps.

Find something that will take up a lot of your time and keep you busy. Like another man!
Other than that time just has to pass and the feelings do go away.

Have a w a n k!

do some exercise, sports. widen your friend circle. and going out with some of your best friends..
