How important is your first impression on a person in relation to starting a relationship with them?

Very important!
In the first five or ten seconds that I see them,
I have already decided whether I am going to even speak to them;
so if they have two heads, stink or are picking their nose when I get a first glimpse, it isn't going to go any further.

it's important but i won't start a relation only bcos i like their first impression. Impression can be faked. I'd like him to know the real me so no need to faked. It's great if he likes me the way i am, but if not, unlucky for him bcos there's alot of guys out there who wants me. ^^

First impressions, if i'm honest, do matter to an extent. But not in a sense that really matters. First impressions of someone are not strictly true, so if i was someone else (That kinda doesn't make sense. I think you might know what i mean >.<) i'd want to get to know the other someone before judging.

I've always tried to use the guide of never judging a book by it's cover. First impressions aren't always correct. A good relationship is one that is built over time, and it takes time to learn everything about someone.

As long as they see that you've made an effort to impress it doesn't matter if you spill spaghetti down your top, or get lost on the way home, or have a little bit too much to drink.

First impressions mean the most.
They'll judge you from what happened that first time.
No matter who it is.
