How do you start flirting in a normal conversation?

I sometimes find it hard to set a flirtatious tone in a conversation since I am sometimes too serious. Any suggestions or a funny comment, etc. to put the conversation in a flirtations direction with a girl?

if u are talking about just flirting for fun: start smiling alot and compliment them. ie: that necklace is very pretty on u.
if you are flirting with that special someone: do the same thing, but gradually. dont be 2 forward so quickly. always compliment her. smile and be sweet. but be genuine, girls know fake.

it's the easiest thing after all. first of all be yourself coz you cant flirt on things you don't know. Being too serious may ponder you to be perfect even on flirting. man take it easy be cool, appreciate who you are and all will come on its way. dont buy an ipod when you cant afford just to flirt on it, thats my quote for you playa

sometimes it doesnt even matter what your saying with your mouth..there's other way to flirt and flirt well. for example use eye contract..look her in the eye. smile, lean a bit towards her..let her know you're intrested through your body language.
