What is the best way to advertise for lawn care? |
Is door to door appropriate? Or flyers? My husband needs an extra job on the side, and we can't spend much $ in advertising. He does excellant work. I would put flyers everywhere. Supermarkets, home and garden shops are 2 examples. All it really costs is paper. Craig's List, under gigs. A small advertisment in the paper doesn't cost very much. Many stores have bulletin boards for posting sales and services. You could post flyers there with tear-offs on the end with the phone number. Hopefully he has some type insurance that would cover him if something should go wrong (stone flying through a window and such) give people with a high profile house or houses on street with a lot of foot traffic a discount. put up those signs that say "this lawn cared for by -----" |
