Accidently consumed bad milk?

OH NO! YOUR GOING TO DIE! Just kidding. No sweat dude. You're good. The worst that will happen is a stomachache.

I just ate a good 2/3rds of a box of mac and cheese (yeah I know that's bad enough) just realized the milk I used went bad almost a week ago. Is anything bad gonna happen and if so what will happen?

Nothing terrible is going to happen to you. At worst, you could maybe have a stomachache. I'm assuming, though, that it wasn't curdled and didn't smell terrible, so it probably wasn't too bad.

Was it an expiration date, or a sell by date? If it was a sell-by date, you're totally in the clear--they assume that it will hang out in your fridge for about a week after it's sold. Even if it's the expiration date, you'll be fine.

Absolutely nothing will happen. The date you saw was most likely the sell by date..milk is good for at least a week after that. I always use old milk for cooking.

Don't need to worry. Drink a lot of water. It will help you a lot.
